We also ask that you bring information from other doctors, including contact information for your primary care physician. If you’ve been to a different chiropractor in the past, please bring the name and number.

The First Visit
Allow 45 minutes to an hour for this visit. Here’s what you can expect at your first appointment:
- Consultation and history
- Chiropractic & neurologic evaluations
- X-rays
the second visit
During this report of findings visit, Dr. Frogley will sit down and go over your lab work and history. He’ll let you know what we found on your X rays and show you where the problems are. Any other relevant exam information that we found will also be reviewed and then we’ll provide a care plan for you.
So you know what your care plan will cost, a member of our team will do a financial consultation with you.
At this appointment, you also would be given your first chiropractic adjustment.
