Wellness Lifestyle is a term used to describe the daily actions and habits of someone who is healthy and well.  Diet and exercise as well as proper health care choices are part the Wellness Lifestyle.  For most of us achieving a Wellness Lifestyle is hard work but once we are there it is reletively easy to maintain.  The hardest part is deciding to make the lifestyle changes necessary to achieve a Wellness Lifestyle.  The choice has to be made by the individual to eat right, exercise often and seek health care that is not only effective but beneficial with little-to-no side effects.
